2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 31.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50796 of 2025 by this Court to the extent of correction in the submission portion of the aforesaid order and for extension of period to surrender.

3. Due to inadvertent error, in Paragraph No. 4 of the aforesaid order dated 31.10.2025, it has wrongly been mentioned that the charges have been framed on "22.07.2025", whereas, the same have been framed on "23.08.2025". Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, let the date of framing of charges in Paragraph No. 4 of the aforesaid order be read as "23.08.2025" in place of "22.07.2025" and further six weeks' time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending.

5. Accordingly, order dated 31.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50796 of 2025 is modified to the above extent and this petition is allowed.
