Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner appears to be husband of the deceased and allegation against the petitioner is causing death of the deceased on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner, while refuting the allegation, submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner opposite party

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76917 of 2019(4) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the deceased has died just after 10 months of her marriage. In view of the nature of allegation against the petitioner, the prayer for bail is refused.
