2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3, vide order dated 24.09.2024 passed in B.P. No. 1486 of 2024, arising out of Sonpur P.S. Case No. 1227 of 2023 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Vth, Saran at Chapra.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
