JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. This is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/order/ direction, especially in nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to allot plot no. 1/M/57 at Bahadurpur in place of Plot No. 5M/18 at Digha which was allotted to the petitioner by the Bihar State Housing Board in its meeting dated 07/09/1991 and vide allotment

Patna High Court CWJC No.19198 of 2024(2) dt.19-12-2024 2/2 order contained in Letter No. 440 dated 19.07.1991, in pursuance whereof the petitioner has deposited the estimated value of the said plot within time and agreement has been executed but possession has not been given to the petitioner till date.

Further prayer is for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to give possession of Plot No. 5M/18, at Bahadurpur, in pursuance of the aforesaid allotment made in favour of the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 3, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
