3. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 03.10.2017 passed

Patna High Court MJC No.3474 of 2018 dt.02-01-2019 2/2 in C.W.J.C. No. 8908 of 2011 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 (Vigilance) invites reference to the show cause, according to which enquiry by the Vigilance Investigation Bureau has been concluded and the enquiry report submitted to the Principal Secretary, Vigilance Department by letter no. 1311 dated 25.10.2018 (Annexure-C). It is therefore submitted that the order dated 03.10.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8908 of 2011 stands complied with.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner appears and acknowledges service of a copy of the show cause.
