The petitioner seeks bail in Maner P.S. Case No. 204/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is cousin father-in-law of the deceased. He is in custody since 06.05.2018. There is no allegation of specific overt act against him.
Considering the clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56523 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sushree Nutam Kumari, J.M., Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 204/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
