The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioners happen to be relatives of the husband of the deceased and there is no specific allegation attributed to the petitioners. Moreover, the husband of the deceased is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76699 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 judicial custody. These petitioners are rotting in judicial custody since 11.07.2019 and 26.06.2019, respectively. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjaria) P.S.
