Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.1, above named. Petitioner No.2 seeks bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.710 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner no.2 submits that petitioner no.2 has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner no.2, above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Chapra, Saran in connection with Sonepur P.S.
