The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 326 of 2019 for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 474 and 475 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. She is a lady and allegation against her is that on the basis of forged marks sheet she has obtained job as Anganwari Sevika. Counsel submits that the petitioner has not received any salary and her selection as Anganwari Sevika has been cancelled.

Considering the facts that the petitioner has not received any salary and she has no criminal antecedent, the

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 326 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
