2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhitaha P.S. Case No. 24 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/325/307/302/447/504/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84365 of 2023.

4. From the report of the trial Judge, it appears that four witnesses have been examined.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86944 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 more witness has been examined in this month and the next date is fixed in May. He undertakes to produce the witnesses on the date fixed. He further undertakes not to delay the trial.

6. In these circumstances, I find no reason to review my earlier order of rejection of the prayer of bail of the petitioner.

7. This application is dismissed.
