JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S.Case No. 109 of 2018 registered under Sections 376 & 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the undue delay of nine days in institution of the FIR for which no plausible explanation has been given, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S.Case No.
