2. The writ petition has been filed assailing the selection of Respondent No.7 as Anganwadi Sevika for Anganwadi Center No. 165, Ward No.10, in village Jitaura.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner would be approaching the District Programme Officer, Motihari, East Champaran, (Respondent No.4) assailing the selection of Respondent No.7 as she is a resident of different ward and, therefore, disqualified.
4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the
