2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 167 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. He is under custody since 07.05.2024. He has also
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.985 of 2025(2) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 submitted that though the petitioner has one criminal antecedent as Mufassil P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024, but in that case, he has been granted bail by the court below itself.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Samastipur in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 167 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
