JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,448,323,324,307,504,506,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Four persons allegedly assaulted with Chaku to the informant, two were identified by her including the petitioner. The Doctor has found three incised wounds on the person of the informant including at the neck.

Considering the nature of allegation, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

No.56661 of 2018(3) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 Hence, prayer is refused in connection with Narpatganj P.S.Case No.206 of 2017(G.R.No.1653 of 2017) pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Araria. However, in the event of surrender of the petitioner, prayer for regular bail shall be considered without being prejudiced by this order.
