Petitioner has prayed for the following relief/s: "For quashing the order dated 01.10.2019 arising out of Andhramath P.S. Case No. 62/2019 G.R.No. 504/2019 passed by Sri Shailendra Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, whereby and whereunder it has been ordered to send the victim namely Priyanka Kumari in Nari Niketan Gayghat as she is aged about 16-17
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1858 of 2019(2) dt.06-01-2020 2/2 years and she refused to go with her mother and father and after quashing the aforesaid order dated 01.10.2019 respondent be directed to hand over the victim Pryanka Kumari to her husband (petitioner) and she stated before the learned court below under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she wants to live with her husband and father-in-law and to grant any other relief(s) for which petitioner may be found entitled in accordance with law.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to approach the authority concerned to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty aforesaid.
