2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2022 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 304B, 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is to have committed murder of the informant's daughter due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Earlier the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner was twice rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 5591 of 2024 and 75926 of 2024 vide orders dated 05.04.2024 and 19.03.2025, respectively and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
