JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition in order to file an appeal against the order dated 13.11.2019, passed by S.D.O. Sadar, Gaya, whereby and whereunder the licence of the P.D.S. shop of the petitioner bearing licence no. 10 of 2016 has been cancelled.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate appeal before the appellate authority within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such an appeal is filed, the appellate authority shall examine the case of the
