2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, two named and one unknown miscreants looted cash and ornaments from the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that neither petitioner is named in the F.I.R. nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner's name transpired during course of investigation.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2311 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 bail petition and submits that name of the petitioner has figured during course of investigation and he has got three criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of petitioner, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
