The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is general and omnibus allegation that the petitioners and others entered into the house of the informant and committed assault with deadly weapons. The injury report of the injured annexed with the bail application would show that the doctor has found simple injuries caused by hard and blunt

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No.199 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
