1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance to the earlier order of this Court dated 15.09.2022, passed in CWJC No.3124 of 2021, the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari has passed an order dated 24.10.2024, rejecting the application, filed by the petitioner for grant of arms license.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 24.10.2024, by filing appropriate

Patna High Court MJC No.3568 of 2023(4) dt.13-12-2024 2/2 appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.
