2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of looting a Pick-up Van laden with goods.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from his possession. He further submits that the petitioner is not put on T.I. Parade ever.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for grant of regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2020.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Dumariaghat Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
