The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosives Substances Act.
Considering the allegation that on a confidential information when the informant and other police personnel reached at the place of occurrence they saw three persons on motorcycle and some others on foot and on seeing police party, they started fleeing away, but motorcycle borne criminals were
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56948 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 arrested whereas other managed to escape and from their possession country-made revolver, explosives, detonators and wire were recovered and they disclosed name of the petitioner and two others, as the persons, who managed to flee away, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail.
