The grievance of the petitioner stands redressed by the authorities in view of office order of sanction dated 12.07.2022 bearing Memo No 2197 issued by the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Division, Araria.

Petitioner's counsel, however, submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.835 of 2020(5) dt.16-08-2022 2/2 amounts, pursuant to the said sanction order, have not been paid to the petitioner.

The authorities should ensure payment pursuant to the office order dated 12.07.2022 within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid terms.
