The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 5 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 354, 354(B) and 225 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having entered inside the house of the informant and after catching hold of her, he tried to engage in mischievous act, however, upon an alarm being raised, the father-in-law of the informant had come there whereafter the petitioner is said to have fled away. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77622 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 custody since 5.9.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 5 of 2019.
