JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Keoti P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of pulling the arm of daughter of the informant and also showing her obscene photographs.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact mother of the petitioners is Aanganwadi Sevika and wife of the informant is Sarpanch and earlier, she has demanded Rs. 5,000/- from the mother of the petitioners and on non fulfilment of the demand, the informant has come out

Heard learned A.P.P. also as well as learned counsel for the informant, who has appeared suo motu. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that petitioners are in habit of trying to outrage the modesty of the daughter of informant and showing obscene photographs and the plea that wife of the informant has demanded Rs. 5,000 from the mother of the petitioners is false. Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VII, Darbhanga, in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
