This application for regular bail arises out of Special Case No. 25 of 2018 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354 (A), 354 (D)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

There is allegation against the petitioner of having outraged the modesty of a minor girl with the aid of other coaccused persons. The petitioner has criminal history with the allegation of commission of similar offence as can be seen from paragraph 3 of the application which are as under :- "(1) Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.

83 of 2019, under Section 366 (A), I.P.C. (2) Bakhtiyarpur P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78114 of 2019(4) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 Case No. 343 of 2017, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 379, 354 (B), 448, of Indian Penal Code and Section 7/11 of POSCO Act."
