Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Appellate Authority has rejected his claim on the ground that the District Appellate Authority has no power to adjudicate the matter of petitioner. He submits

Patna High Court CWJC No.2323 of 2020(5) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 that against the said order, he seeks permission to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority.

Permission is granted.

However, the State Appellate Authority is directed to condone the delay in filing of the appeal and decide the appeal in accordance with law.
