The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 307 of 2019 dated 30.08.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

With respect to a dispute over drainage in between the houses of the informant and the petitioners, the occurrence took place in which the informant is said to have been assaulted by petitioner no. 3. The mother of the informant was also assaulted by the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the wife of petitioner no. 1 has also filed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80207 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/2 a case against the informant of the present case vide Tekari P.S. Case No. 311 of 2019.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners, simple injuries having been caused to the informant and his mother and the counter version of the occurrence, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 307 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
