Mr. Upendra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P. S. Case No. 246 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. some miscreants have looted away the motorcycle of the informant on the point of pistol and also taken away driving license and cash of Rs.25000/-. Nobody names in the F.I.R. later on, name of the petitioner transpires on the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement, there is nothing against him. He is in custody for four months. Charge sheet has already been submitted, but he has not put on TIP. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.76675 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Pipra P. S. Case No. 246 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial.
