1. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondents.

2. It is reported by the Learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner died two years back and the Writ petition was initially filed for quashing the order of the Learned State Transport Appellate Tribunal Bihar, Patna dated 08.02.2019 in Title Appeal No. 32/2018 whereby, the appeal was allowed without going to merit of appeal case and

Patna High Court CWJC No.23945 of 2019(3) dt.08-07-2026 2/2 objection of this petitioner as well as for quashing the party order of Regional Transport authority cum commissioner Saran at Chapra on relevant part of order to restored the permit vide No. 105/2015 order dated 22.05.2019 for Bus No. BR29G-4837 Model 2011 vide Memo No. 76 dated 22.05.2019 So for concerned of private responded no. 5 vehicle.

3. In view of the death of the petitioner, no cause of action survives in the present writ petition. If any cause of action still survives, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner can challenge the aforesaid order.

4. With the above said observation, the Writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Interlocutory application(s), if any, shall stands disposed of.
