According to him, a piece of land, belonging to the State Government and which figures in the records of rights as

Patna High Court CWJC No.23274 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 Anabad Bihar Sarkar, has been encroached upon by private respondents. He appears to have approached the Circle Officer, Singhwara Block, raising the issue of encroachment made by the said respondents over public land.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with an observation that let the Circle Officer consider the grievance of the petitioner and other residents of the village, who are said to have approached him by making the said representation, as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

I have not expressed any opinion about the merit of the case, which shall be gone into by the Circle Officer. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Pawan/- U
