Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No.131 of 2023 dated 06.11.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Excise prohibition and amendment Act, 2018, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, I, Excise, Aurangabad. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek
