Petitioner is accused in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 428 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of paragraph-14 (Annexure-3) of the bail application, it appears that the witnesses deposed that the deceased died due to illness and the informant, father of the deceased, clearly stated that funeral ceremony took place in his presence. The daughter of the informant never complained about torture and demand of dowry. There was a good relation between the petitioner and daughter of the informant. Further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76959 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 submission is that petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 17th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sessions Trial No. 416 of 2019 arising out of Sugauli P.S. Case No. 428 of 2018.
