The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 77 of 2019, registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The accusation of recovery of country made pistol and six live cartridges, one toy gun, one motorcycle and one mobile set from the house of the petitioner.

Submission is that the seized motorcycle is belonging to the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
