Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for

Patna High Court MJC No.4853 of 2019(4) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 restoration of aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC no. 5195 of 2017 to its original file, subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna. The present petition stands allowed on the aforesaid terms.
