2. This is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 678 of 2025 arising out of Chhapra Town P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025.

3. It has very fairly been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 5.1.2025 and the trial has started. He further submits that in the trial, seven witnesses have already been examined. He next submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court finds no ground to review its earlier orders.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed again.
