2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 112, 132, 121(1), 121(2) & 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioners, who are named in the F.I.R., and 15-20 unknown persons, armed lathi, danda and iron rod, assaulted police personnel and got released the tractors, loaded with sand.
