This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14677 of 2022, whereby the petitioner was directed to appear in the Court below within four weeks from the date of order and pray for grant of bail, in turn, the Court below will allow him to execute fresh bail bonds.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the order dated 16.05.2023 was passed the petitioner was in training of the Indian Armed Forces and therefore, he could not furnish his bail bonds within stipulated period of time. 4.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the petitioner is permitted to surrender in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2396 of 2024(3) dt.16-02-2024 2/2 the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for bail. If the petitioner surrenders and prays for bail, the Court below will release him on bail on execution of fresh bail bonds. 5.

Accordingly, the order dated 16.05.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.14677 of 2022 is modified to the above extent.

This application is allowed with the modification as above.
