1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 366, 354(A), 354(B), 354©, 354(D), 509, 504, 506, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case. It is next submitted that petitioner had earlier approached this court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.64584/2024 and the same was rejected by an order dated 25.09.2024 (Annexure-1). It is next submitted that the case of the petitioner in detail and on merit was considered in Cr. Misc. No.64584/2024, when it came to be rejected. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since

Misc. No.65408/2024 (Gulab Ansari Vs. State of Bihar) (Annexure-3) by a learned Co-ordinate Bench, thereafter, Sajar @ Gajar was also granted the privilege of regular bail by an order dated 05.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.63826/2024.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that if bail is granted to the petitioner, the petitioner may abscond, on which, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner will not abscond rather will co-operate in the trial to prove his innocence.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.196/2024.

6. However, if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, in that event, the learned trial court shall be
