2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment ) Act 2022 . 3 . Prosecution case is that 83.88 liters English wine were recovered from seized scotty .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner.

5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the scotty of which petitioner is registered owner. Petitioner has got one criminal
