The present writ petition has been been preferred for the grant of following reliefs:- "That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authority to allow the petitioner to do the work under the paddy procurement scheme for the session 2023-24 for Kharif session for the benefit of the farmers/members of the Khudauri Primary it Agriculture Credit Society(hereinafter referred to as "PACS") and/or for issuance of such other order or direction for which the petitioners may
