Case No. 155 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R., there is allegation of commission of theft in the house of the informant, F.I.R. was registered against unknown persons. The name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is accused in one other case.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that so far as this case is concerned, there is nothing against the petitioner except confessional statement of the co-accused. He is in custody for about three months. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.80391 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra, in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 155 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
