No. 3132 of 2004, which stood dismissed on account of non prosecution by an order dated 13.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3132 of 2004, since on several occasions, nobody had appeared for the petitioner.
For the reasons mentioned in the present petition, the said writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 3132 of 2004 is restored to its original file subject to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,00/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna. The present petition is allowed subject to the
Patna High Court MJC No.3514 of 2018(14) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 aforesaid condition.
