These applications for grant of regular bail arises out of Kaluahi P.S. Case No.33 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under section 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioners are the assailants of the deceased. They are in custody since 02.03.2023.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
