Mr.Arvind Ujjawal ( Sc4 ) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

It has been urged on behalf of the petitioner that his admitted dues for having supplied Custom Milled Rice (CMR) in view of the agreement to that effect, have not been paid to the petitioner.

For the aforesaid withholding of payments, several representations were made by the petitioner before the District Cooperative Officer, Nalanda at

Patna High Court CWJC No.24671 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 Biharsharif but such representations have not yet been responded to.

In case the petitioner makes a fresh representation before the District Cooperative Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif, stating in clear terms the dues which are required to be paid, the same shall be considered by the concerned respondent and a reasoned order shall be passed within a period of six weeks of the filing of such representation. The representation shall be filed within a period of three weeks. In case, the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary orders shall also be passed for payment of the dues of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
