2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authority to conduct a fresh counting of Public House of Ward No. 11 as many of the houses were left to be counted by the lady Supervisor and on the basis of new counting, fresh appointment of Anganwari Sevika should be made.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that petitioner has directly moved before this Hon'ble Court for redressal of her grievances but she has not exhausted her remedy under the relevant Margdarshika for

Patna High Court CWJC No.18213 of 2018(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the original forum under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka within 30 days, if cause of action still survives.
