1. The petitioner has prayed as under:

"That, the present writ application is being filed for direction upon the Respondents concerned to cancel the appointment of private Respondents no. 7, 8 and 9 from the post of teachers posted at different schools with immediate effect and to take appropriate action against them in accordance with law and also against the respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.19955 of 2018(2) dt.17-10-2022 2/2 concerned including official respondents."

2. Remedy challenging the appointments of respondents would lie before the concerned District Appellate Authority.

3. Granting the petitioner liberty as above the writ petition is dismissed.
