"(1) To direct the respondent authority to remove the encroachment over the village road situated at village Nayatola under Mansoor Chak circle bearing Khata number 139 plot number 841, 729, 691 and some other plots Thana number 273 in

Patna High Court CWJC No.24072 of 2019(2) dt.05-12-2019 2/3 the district of Begusarai which has been encroached and illegally occupied by co villagers/antisocial elements.

(II) Also to direct the respondent authority to complete the village road which has been damaged by the local people in connivance with contractor and some government officials and take appropriate action against the responsible person who has been damaged the road by cutting horizontally for personal gain by the Local Mukhiya.

(III) Also to direct the respondent authority Institute the proceeding under public land encroachment act against the responsible person and make the road free from encroachment and ensure the smooth traffic arrangement on the road.

(IV) and also for any other relief for which petitioner is found in title in the eye of law." Shri Anjani Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State, states that the present petition of the petitioner, based on the initial enquiry report shall be dealt with expeditiously by the Circle Officer, who is the collector under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act.

Statement is accepted and taken on record.

In view of the same, we dispose of the present petition
