JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 This civil revision application has been filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the order dated 28.01.2019, passed by learned Addl. Munsif 4th, Purnea, in Eviction Suit No. 6 of 2018, whereby an application filed by the opposite party no. 1 for impleadment as opposite party in the said Suit has been allowed.

2. The Office has rightly pointed out the defect of maintainability of the present civil revision application, in view of clear language of proviso to Section 115 of the Code.
