2. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 02.11.2023 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Begusarai in Begusarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 03 of 2022 by which the Court below has taken cognizance under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. After some argument, learned senior counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1195 of 2024(2) dt.26-09-2024 2/2 liberty to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage i.e. at the stage of framing of charge.
